Our Water Mark assessment for 2020-21 compares water companies according to their performance on a range of important measures, including customer views of satisfaction, complaints handling and operational service failures.

Key findings include:

  • More than half of water customers unaware of extra help.
  • 87% of customers are satisfied with the overall service they receive.
  • Around one quarter agree that they receive value for money from their company.
  • 43% of customers are aware of the extra help their water company offers.
