Cross subsidies and social tariffs – June 2010

This takes a small sample of people and explores their views, via a deliberative process, towards helping those on low incomes with their water bills, subsidies for certain community groups faced with increases in drainage charges due to a change in the way they are calculated, and subsidies for customers in the south west of England where average household water charges are the highest in England and Wales.
