Utility Week Customer Summit 2023

CCW is delighted to be supporting Utility Week’s Customer Summit, which returns to Birmingham from 21 – 22 March 2023. This annual event will focus on customer experience, driving behaviour change, vulnerability and debt.

The 2023 event will have a day dedicated to Customer Experience & Driving Behaviour Change on 21 March which will discuss the customer of the future, how to provide a superior customer experience, consumer behaviour techniques to transform the customer journey, engaging customers with water and energy efficiency best practices and adapting the customer journey to optimise customer behaviour and action, based on smart meter data.

On 22 March a whole day will be dedicated to Customer Vulnerability & Debt which will showcase how energy retailers, networks and water companies are supporting those in need, managing debt through customer insight strategies and implementation utilising data, research and technologies and how to assist vulnerable customers with power outages.

CCW’s Senior Leader for Social Policy Andy White will help to kick-off day two, as part of a panel discussion exploring what can be learned from utilities’ response to the winter cost of living crisis.
