Dates of research fieldwork
At CCW, we carry out research into consumers’ views and preferences for their water and sewerage services. This means that, at any one time, there may be fieldwork underway, for a consumer survey. The following is a list of current fieldwork:
Mid-2024
Another joint piece of research with Ofwat, looking at customers’ experiences of sewer flooding in their homes and how these have changed since we previously explored this in 2022.
Mid-2024
Biennial survey of business customers so we can track their views on many aspects of their water and sewerage services.
Mid-2024
Carrying out, as part of PR24, a survey of household water bill payers for each company in England and Wales, to identify their views on Ofwat’s Draft Determinations (DDs), in terms of the affordability of bills implied by the DDs and the acceptability of the proposed service changes.
