M·E·L Research is an independent organisation that helps CCW collect feedback from customers. They contact customers who have brought unresolved complaints to us after trying to resolve them with their water company or retailer.

What is this research about?

This research helps CCW understand your experience. M·E·L Research looks at things like how clear and effective our communication was, how long it took to resolve your complaint, and how well you felt supported during the process.

Why have I been contacted?

M·E·L Research might contact you, initially via their recruitment partners Angelfish, on our behalf to collect feedback. We want to hear from a range of customers so we can improve our services and provide better support to everyone.

Do I have to take part in this research?

No, taking part in the research is voluntary. You don’t need to take part if you don’t want to.

What information about me has been shared with M·E·L?

We only provide M·E·L Research with information that they’ll need in order for them to complete the research. Whilst we might share your contact details with them, M·E·L won’t know the details of your complaint against your complaint or any reasonable adjustments we have agreed with you.
