Draft determination research

CCW will publish the findings of research looking into water customers’ views on Ofwat’s draft determinations.

The study has examined customers’ views on whether they will be able to afford the bill increases proposed by the regulator and if they find the plans around future investment acceptable. It also takes a closer look at what service areas customers think water companies should be prioritising with investment.

This research has been carried out in collaboration with Ofwat.
