We’ve published a joint report with MOSL – on behalf of the Strategic Panel – which reviews customer evidence relating to the business retail market.

The report combines research carried out since the market opened, looking at sources from the market and also related markets such as Scotland. It looks at customers’ experiences and perceptions of the market and also seeks to identify examples of good practice, alongside evidence of barriers that are preventing customers from engaging in the market.

The conclusions drawn from this will be used to inform the Strategic Panel’s work and we will use it as part of the evidence for our upcoming Five–Year Review of the Market.
