Water Mark 2021
Our Water Mark assessment for 2020-21 compares water companies according to their performance on a range of important measures, including customer views of satisfaction, complaints handling and operational service failures.
Key findings include:
- More than half of water customers unaware of extra help.
- 87% of customers are satisfied with the overall service they receive.
- Around one quarter agree that they receive value for money from their company.
- 43% of customers are aware of the extra help their water company offers.
